Terms of Service

NexBrowser (hereinafter 'the Service' or 'we') is multi-account browser software and related cloud services provided by ZYLO PTE. LTD. The Service aims to provide users with:

• Multi-browser profile management and isolation
• Browser fingerprint parameter customization and environment isolation
• Team collaboration and profile sharing
• Automation API and script support
• Cloud profile sync services

The Service is provided 'as is.' We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all service features at any time and will notify users in advance through website announcements or email.

2.1 Registration Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use the Service.

2.2 Account Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly when information changes.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.

2.4 Account Limitations: Each user is limited to one account. Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts with others is prohibited.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Our Commitment: We require all users to comply with the terms of every platform they access, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We investigate reports of misuse. Users remain responsible for ensuring their usage complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

4.1 Pricing: We offer a free version and various paid subscription plans. For specific pricing and feature details, please refer to our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions run on 30-day billing cycles, with fees charged in advance at the beginning of each cycle.

4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which sets out the request window, the eligibility tests and the refund method in full. Where this section and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy applies. In summary, a refund can be requested when:

• Within 7 days of your first paid purchase, provided you have used no more than 20% of that cycle's paid capacity
• You were charged twice or charged more than the order amount, the service was continuously unavailable for more than 72 hours through our fault, or capacity you paid for was never activated

4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle and will be notified in advance.

5.1 Our Rights: NexBrowser software, website, documentation, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ZYLO PTE. LTD.

5.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 User Content: You retain ownership of browser profiles and related data you create or upload. You grant us a limited license necessary to process this data to provide the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet all of your specific needs. Users should assess how they use the Service and bear the corresponding consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use or inability to use the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• We bear no responsibility for losses caused by third-party platform policy changes or other third-party conduct.

8.1 User Termination: You may cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time through account settings or by contacting customer service.

8.2 Our Termination: If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

8.3 Termination Consequences: After account termination, you will lose access to the Service and all related data. We may retain certain data for a period of time as required by law or internal policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified Terms will take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance via email or in-service notifications.

Continued use of the Service after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should stop using the Service.

11.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

11.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may freely assign.
