Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Where we stand

NexBrowser is a multi-account browser workspace for teams, used to manage browser profiles, proxy configuration and team permissions. This policy sets out what we allow and what we prohibit. By registering an account or using the service, you agree to follow it.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses a NexBrowser account, the desktop client, the web console or the automation API, including team administrators and the members they invite. It forms part of our Terms of Service; where this policy and the Terms differ, the stricter of the two applies.

2. Complying with third-party platform rules

NexBrowser is general-purpose account environment management software, but every website and service you reach through it has its own rules. You must:

  • Follow end-user agreements: comply with the end-user agreement, terms of use and privacy policy of every third-party website or service you access through NexBrowser.
  • Confirm account eligibility: before creating or using accounts, confirm that the target platform permits you to hold and use them in that way.
  • Take responsibility for compliance: make sure your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and of the markets you operate in.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited on NexBrowser, regardless of purpose:

  • Fraud: fraud or financial fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, refund fraud and investment scams.
  • Money laundering: laundering money, or facilitating money laundering or the funding of illegal activity.
  • False identities: impersonating a person, organization or institution, or forging identity information to mislead or defraud others.
  • Prohibited account creation: creating accounts where a platform prohibits it, or supplying such accounts to others in bulk.
  • Fake metrics: creating fake engagement, fake reviews or fake clicks, or artificially inflating any metric.
  • Defeating security mechanisms: circumventing or attempting to circumvent any system's security, authentication or verification mechanisms.
  • Unauthorized access: accessing, using or attempting to obtain any system, network, account or data without authorization.
  • Non-compliant scraping: collecting data in violation of a site's terms of service or its robots.txt.
  • Malicious code: creating, storing or distributing malware, viruses, ransomware or other harmful code.
  • Intellectual property infringement: infringing anyone's copyright, trademarks, patents or trade secrets.
  • Sanctions violations: breaching applicable economic sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions.
  • Harassment and spam: sending spam, running phishing operations, or harassing, threatening or abusing others.

4. Enforcement

We take every report seriously. When we receive a report, or identify a possible violation ourselves:

  • We investigate, and where necessary ask the account holder for an explanation.
  • We suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, depending on severity, and we may decline to let them register again.
  • Where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to people or property, we cooperate with law enforcement.

Subscription fees already paid are not refunded for accounts terminated under this policy.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using NexBrowser for conduct this policy prohibits, email the address below with as much evidence as you can provide — account details, dates, URLs and screenshots.

We acknowledge reports within 3 business days, and complete an initial investigation and reply with the outcome within 10 business days.

6. Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect legal, product or business changes. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
