Billing FAQ

What does the free plan include?

Every new team gets 1 member and 10 browser windows for free. When you upgrade, this initial free allowance is not charged again at first checkout; renewals, however, bill your full current capacity including the free allowance.

How are members billed?

Members cost 3.00 USDT/seat/30 days and receive the same plan discount as windows (e.g. 2.40 USDT/seat on Professional). The free allowance includes 1 member.

Can I add capacity before my plan expires?

Yes. Expansion only charges the added capacity for the remaining days: amount = added capacity list price × new plan pay ratio × remaining days ÷ 30. The tier is re-matched from the new window cap. Expansion does not extend your expiry date; renew first if the plan has expired.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept Alipay and USDT. Refunds are returned through the same method the payment came from — see our Refund Policy for details.
